Our story
From scattered paperwork to one operating system.
Structive began in 2018 when our founder kept meeting the same problem: brilliant founders held back by paperwork, missed filings and structure that never quite fit. The work was always reactive, never designed.
So we built the opposite — an advisory practice that treats formation, compliance and growth as one connected system. We map where a business stands, file what needs filing, and leave behind a structure the founder can see and trust.
Seven years on, we have formed more than 12,000 businesses across nine markets, and our clients stay because the system keeps working long after the first filing.
